Gran Habano releases its fourth installment in the Gran Habano Reserva line. The Gran Habano Gran Reserva #5 2011 cigar features an all-new blend from aged vintage tobacco, the blend consists of a mix of Corojo tobaccos from Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
The wrapper and binder are a 2002 Corojo Sun-Grown from Nicaragua, and the filler is comprised of a 2005 Corojo from Costa Rica. The Gran Habano is a solid full-bodied cigar loaded with flavor. It’s touted as being a remarkably smooth, earthy and spicy smoke that also has notes of sweet wood and espresso.
