La Aurora 107 was crafted in celebration of the 107th Anniversary of La Aurora, the oldest working factory in the Dominican Republic.
For La Aurora 107 Maduro, “Our goal was to build on the success of the original 107,” stated Guillermo Leon, La Aurora President, “We wanted the blend to be able to stand on its own and at the same time remain true to the cigar that celebrated an important milestone in our history.”
Blended with Nicaraguan and Dominican long-fillers included in this masterpiece is a Dominican binder rolled in lush dark chocolate Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. La Aurora 107 Maduro is medium bodied, with a bit of spice and abundant flavors that range from coffee, chocolate, leather and sweet plum.
They’ve got deep roots and you can smell it and taste in each draw, in each whiff of smoke. It’s heavenly!
Here’s to the next 107 years! Here’s to ’em! Who’s like ’em? Damn few! THEY’RE not 107 years old!
