Licenciados Segundos are a mild bodied cigar with Dominican Republic binder and filler and a Maduro wrapper. Made in Dominican Republic Licenciados Segundos have some minor discoloration and cosmetic imperfections. The cigar doesn’t compromise at its taste and basic qualities.
