The Camacho Nicaraguan Barrel-Aged cigar is the next step in the Master- Built series of premium Camacho cigars, and the successor to their ever-popular American Barrel-Aged Cigar. For this series, Camacho has swapped out the classic American Bourbon Barrel and Honduran Corojo, for a Nicaraguan-grown Corojo and barrels that were filled with Rum for 25 years. The result is a Medium-Full smoke that is begging to be experienced.
Camacho, who pride themselves on offering bold and flavorful smokes, worked with the team at Flor de Caña in Nicaragua to make this “powerful new blend that invites aficionados around the globe to stare down the barrel of Nicaragua’s true spirit.”
The blend of Dominican and Estelí-grown Corojo tobacco fillers, and deep reddish brown Habana 2000 wrapper produce some of the most aromatic flavors ever to come out of a Camacho Cigar. The notes of toast, coffee, leather and oak, are enhanced by the sweetness and spice from the aged rum barrels.
